I recently was tagged by Tom Clarke to write a 6 word memoir that relates my experiences trail running. My memoir is advice that was often given by my father, who happened to be my first judo coach:
"It's the journey, not the destination."
So there it is, my philosophy on trail running and life. Then again this could be the reason why it has taken me 6 years to get my undergrad degree:)

I often tell myself that when I am hurting and want a race to end.
I took 6 years for school too.
Deep field tomorrow--see you there.
