March was by far the biggest month of training this year, and I am stoked to continue building my mileage for TRT 100. It seems going into the spring racing season I am in pretty good shape, with most of my nagging injuries subsiding. I have started doing Yoga regularly, and I think that has helped. Looking forward to the American River 50 mile this weekend!
